Kristina Evans began her career in the real estate industry 12 years ago in Property Management. She started out as an assistant and her aptitude for learning the business of buildings developed her into a Assistant Property Manager within a year. She continued to climb the ladder quickly becoming a Property Manager who managed large building portfolios. Her time in management allowed Kristina to become exceptionally knowledgeable of violaction compliance processes as well as building budgets and staffing. Her knack for attention to detail and people skills allowed her to thrive working with co-op and condo boards in meeting their expectations as well as keeping them educated on industry requirements and standards.
As a former agent for management, she brings a unique perspective to the table. It is that unique perspective that allows Kristina Evans to serve as an effective conduit between the needs of her clients and the requirements of management companies and boards. This knowledge has been put to use with past clients as a help to them in powering through challenges in the process of getting approved for their new home.
